F4 Australian Championship - Round 4 Sepang International Circuit
James “Jimmy” Piszcyk wrapped up the 2024 F4 Australian Championship for AGI Sport, while Evans GP took a clean sweep of victories at Sepang International Circuit.

Evans GP seal a one-two for their debut in F4 Australia!
Tiago Rodrigues took victory ahead of teammate Cooper Webster to
give the Australian team top honours on debut in the category. Championship
leader James ‘Jimmy’ Piszcyk rounded out the podium for AGI Sport.
Rodrigues
took a commanding lead from pole, with the action breaking out behind him. A
battle which lasted until the dying laps of the race saw Webster and Piszcyk
tussling for position.
Costa Toparis finished fourth for AGI Sport, ahead of Evans GP’s Kai Daryanani
and teammate Nicolas Stati in sixth.
BlackArts Racing’s Inigo Anton took Rookie Class honours on debut in the series
and seventh place overall. Sebastien Amadio had a strong start from the back of
the field for JAM Motorsport and moved into seventh on the first lap, before
finishing eighth.
Rookie Class leader Seth Gilmore finished second in class, ahead of AGI Sport
teammate Imogen Radburn.

Cooper Webster wins Race 2 for Evans GP at Sepang International Circuit!
Webster
made it back-to-back victories for Evans GP in Race 2 on Sunday morning at
Sepang International Circuit. Costa Toparis finished second for AGI Sport,
ahead of Evans GP’s Kai Daryanani in third.
Nicolas Stati finished fourth, ahead of Rookie Class winner Inigo Anton, who
made it two wins from two in class. Series leader Jimmy Piszcyk dropped from
second place on the grid to second last following a drive through penalty for
having personnel on the grid beyond the 15s board, but fought his way back to
sixth with two overtakes on the final lap.
Sebastien Amadio recovered from a stall on the grid and finished seventh, ahead
of Seth Gilmore, who also took second place in the Rookie Class. Imogen Radburn
finished third in class and ninth overall despite a 5s penalty for a false
start.
Race 1 winner Tiago Rodrigues had
a race to forget after a technical issue on the grid saw him pushed to the pit
lane, restarted, and sent to the Grand Prix pit lane for race start. A
subsequent drive through penalty for team personnel being on the grid with him
past the 15s board saw the Macau-born driver cemented in last place for Evans
GP.

Race 3
Evans GP completed a
hattrick of victories for each of their drivers as Kai Daryanani took the
chequered flag in Race 3 at Sepang International Circuit.
A dominant victory from pole saw Daryanani cross the finish line 5.5s ahead of
AGI Sport’s Costa Toparis and Evans GP teammate Cooper Webster.
Tiago Rodrigues battled with Toparis to gain
back positions lost at the start to finish fourth, ahead of AGI Sport pair of
Nicolas Stati and James Piszcyk in fifth and sixth.
Imogen Radburn took Rookie Class victory ahead of AGI Sport teammate Seth
Gilmore, seventh and eighth overall.
Possible contact between Sebastien Amadio and Inigo Anton saw the latter have
his race come to an end before the end of lap one. Amadio finished ninth overall.
James “Jimmy” Piszcyk also wrapped up the 2024 F4 Australian Championship for
AGI Sport after a dominant performance, having taken pole position and victory
in the first nine races of the season.
